USNHC Comms Hub
The communications tool for the United States National Handball Center, home of the St. Louis Hinder Club.
What it does
Board members and volunteers submit an idea for a club communication — a tournament announcement, a work day, a facility update. The app drafts it in the club's established voice, routes it to an approver, and places it on a shared content calendar with a suggested send date.
Once approved, the app sends the finished email to the club's membership lists and, where appropriate, posts a public version to the club's social page. It replaces a manual process of a spreadsheet calendar and one document per communication.
How it uses the club's email account
Club communications are sent from the St. Louis Hinder Club's own Gmail account, so they arrive from the address members already recognize. The app requests permission to send mail only. It cannot read, search, modify, or delete anything in that mailbox, and it never downloads or stores mailbox contents.
Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Who can use it
Access is by invitation only. Club board members and volunteers are added by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. If you were invited, sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
